Body Contours does not share, sell or trade client information. Your privacy is important to us. Rest assured that information sent to us is used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment. 

Return Policy

Samples for most products are available for-sale. We urge you to order sample sizes for testing purposes. If you do not see a sample of the product you wish to sample for sale on-line, please email us for more information and we’ll do our best to create one for you. 
Please understand that due to the cosmeceutical nature of our products, all sales are final. Our cosmeceutical products are 100% guaranteed for quality assurance, percentages posted. Additionally, our products are sold at the listed volume. Our filling machines are set to fill product bottles and jars at slightly more than the advertised weight to provide an excellent value. 
We do not accept returns on any opened or used products. Items returned in perfectly new and re-sellable condition will be refunded in-full as long as it is received here within 7 days of purchase. However, *all* returns must be issued a Return Authorization Number or they will not be accepted. 
Shipping problems, damaged goods, product defects, must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of order. 
The address information you provide to us is copied directly into our shipping software. Thus, please check your order submissions carefully. We will not be held responsible for the inevitable consequences resulting from address, post code, and other shipping-information errors made by the client. 
**A 15% restocking fee will be charged on orders that have been refused or unclaimed, as well as for clients requesting entire-order returns.** 
Returns received in poor condition, i.e. leaking, broken, etc., are not eligible for a refund. Please take care in packing items authorized for return. Please pack items for return in a box….not an envelope….to ensure safe delivery.

AGREEMENT: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Body Contours, www.bodycontoursuk.biz, www.bodycontours.biz its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever arising (including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any other direct or consequential loss) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly as a result of using any product listed on our website. 

Sun Sensitivity Clients need to be aware that by using glycolic acid and other peeling products, your skin will be more photo-sensitive than normal. It is recommended that you use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15, preferably SPF 30 or higher, after using skin peel products. The FDA recommends using an SPF for one week post-peel.
